Hello there, Coach Enver here!

Let me take you on a journey through my fitness story. If you’re here, you’re probably looking for a way to achieve your dream body. Trust me—I’ve been exactly where you are now.

The Starting Point

When I began, I was 5’9" and weighed around 59 kg. I thought I had a lean, athletic build because my abs were visible. I wore fitted shirts and jerseys to emphasize my body’s contours, believing I was on track.


But I was wrong.

“What I thought was lean was actually skinny.”

The Reality Check

My first few workouts were tough. I felt very insecure about my body, especially when I compared myself to others in the gym. It hit me like a ton of bricks—I wasn’t anywhere near my dream body. I wasn’t lean; I was just skinny.

I would get self-conscious every time I caught someone’s gaze. I imagined them thinking, “May bago na namang lampa dito sa gym, ang gaan gaan lang naman ng mga binubuhat.” (Look at this new skinny dude in the gym; he can’t even lift heavy weights.)


This insecurity lingered for months. I avoided talking to anyone, let alone asking for advice from the muscular guys in the gym. I was too afraid I’d be bothering them or that they’d judge me.


Left to my own devices, I relied on random workout programs from Google and YouTube. I switched routines constantly because I kept hearing new tips from fitness gurus.

This was me in my 5th year of working out in the gym. A typical long-time gym goer but still has a mediocre physique.

After nearly two years, the truth set in: what I thought would be a two-year journey to my dream physique was nothing more than wishful thinking.


The result? A mediocre physique.


To make matters worse, people started commenting:

“Nag-g-gym ka naman pero bakit hindi halata sa katawan mo?”

(You’re going to the gym, but why can’t we see any progress?)


These words stung, but they also opened my eyes to the hard truth—I needed a better plan.

“Self-doubt and scattered efforts don’t lead to success.”

The Loop of Frustration

As time went on, my gym visits became inconsistent. Although I gained some strength and muscle, I was never satisfied with what I saw in the mirror.


I gained fat, too. My body looked fine in fitted clothes, but I felt embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach.

The Diet Dilemma

In my desperation to bulk up, I followed bad advice: “Eat big to get big.” After workouts, I’d eat 3–4 cups of rice, thinking it would all turn into muscle. Instead, I gained more fat.


When friends and family commented that I looked chubbier despite going to the gym, my insecurities grew. I tried extreme dieting—cutting out rice, doing intermittent fasting, and avoiding all sweets.

“Extreme diets don’t fix the problem—they create new ones.”

I lost weight but hit a plateau. I ended up skinny-fat: thin arms and face, but stubborn belly fat and love handles. My energy plummeted, and I felt stuck in a hopeless cycle.

The Turning Point

I realized my approach was flawed: I was working harder, not smarter.


That’s when I decided to invest in learning. I found a coach who taught me the basics of workouts and nutrition. I experimented, researched, and pieced together a SYSTEM that worked for me.

The Transformation

After years of trial and error, I finally pieced everything together. I created a SYSTEM that allowed me to work SMARTER—not harder—in both the gym and my diet.


The body you see pictured on the side is exactly what my 17-year-old self dreamed of achieving. For the first time, I was genuinely happy and satisfied with what I saw in the mirror.


What’s even more incredible? I didn’t have to overwork myself or give up the foods I love. By following the program I developed, I achieved my dream physique by:


✅ Going to the gym just 4 times a week

✅ Eating the foods I love—yes, rice, sweet treats, and even samgyup!

This transformation taught me a valuable lesson:

“With everything you do, there is always a SMARTER way to achieve your goals.”

By applying this principle, I saved valuable time and resources. No more wasted hours in the gym or unnecessary expenses on things that didn’t work.


I’m living proof that you don’t have to sacrifice everything to get the body you’ve always wanted. You just need the right system.

I spent almost six years stuck in the trial-and-error phase. I wasted so much time and effort in the gym—working out six times a week for over two hours a day. I even bought useless supplements, thinking they would help me, just because some people at the gym recommended them.


Looking back, I realized how much time, energy, and money I lost chasing results the wrong way. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration and wasted effort that I did.
