Cardiovascular exercises, also known as cardio, are physical activities ranging from low to high intensity. There are many cardio exercises you can try, such as running/jogging, cycling, jump rope, swimming, rowing, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), using an elliptical trainer, dancing, kickboxing, walking, and more!
BUT… IF your goal is to build muscle and lose fat, cardio would not be your best option.
“But coach, cardio will help me lose weight, so I need to do it every single day!”
Well, my answer is yes and no.

So, remember this saying: “Your abs are built in the gym and revealed in the kitchen.” You don’t need weight-loss coffee, pills, or even lemon water. What you need is to be in a calorie deficit.
